Garland Poindexter is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as AVP Talent Acquisition & Development at Delta Community Credit Union, after previously holding the role of HR Manager in Talent Management. Prior roles include AVP Regional Manager for Retail Banking at Allegacy Federal Credit Union and various leadership positions at SunTrust Bank, such as HR/Retail Business Project Manager and VP Branch Manager. Additionally, Garland Poindexter has served on the Board of Directors for Georgetown of Atlanta (Parkside Management) and worked as an Account Manager for RBC Centura. Garland Poindexter pursued education at the Atlanta Institute of Language from 2018 to 2022 and is studying at Kennesaw State University since 2019.
