Susana Olivares is an experienced professional in customer experience and sales, currently serving as Director of Customer Experience and Head of Department at Aura since October 2008. Prior to this role, Susana held various positions at American General Media from November 1999 to September 2005, including General Sales Manager and Local Sales Manager for Northern New Mexico, and served as an Account Executive for six radio stations. Earlier in their career, from June 1992 to October 1998, Susana worked as a Journalist for Univision Communications Inc., where responsibilities included reporting and anchoring. Susana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from SUNY New Paltz and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Liberal Arts and Sciences from SUNY Westchester Community College.
