Nicholas Clark currently serves as Chief Executive of Aukett Swanke Group PLC, overseeing growth in the architecture firm following its acquisition of Torpedo Factory Group in March 2023, where Nicholas also holds a board member position. Additionally, Nicholas contributes as a Non-Executive Director at Acuity RM Group PLC and was co-founder and Chief Executive of Torpedo Factory Group Ltd since its inception in 1997. Nicholas briefly held the role of Joint Chairman at Ridgecrest PLC in 2024, tasked with restructuring the company. Previously, Nicholas served as Non-Executive Chair of Ortana Media Group from 2019 to 2022 and Managing Director of Gordon Audio Visual Ltd from 2001 to 2011. Educational background includes an MPhil in Microelectronic Engineering and Semiconductor Physics from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Physics from Imperial College London.
