Kaja Rygh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2010, they worked as a Butikkmedarbeider at COOP MEGA SA for a brief period. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Ferskvaremedarbeider at the same company, balancing their studies with part-time work. In 2018, Kaja interned at Hovedorganisasjonen Virke for a few months. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Kaffebrenneriet AS, starting as a Barista and eventually becoming an Assisterende daglig leder. Since 2019, they have been a Community Manager at AukEco. Throughout their roles, Kaja has gained experience in customer service, merchandise handling, and management.

Kaja Rygh's education history begins in 2013 when they attended BI Norwegian Business School for an Ã…rsstudium in PR og markedskommunikasjon, which they completed in 2014. In 2015, they enrolled in Goldsmiths, University of London, where they pursued an Ã…rsstudium in Kommunikasjon og medievitenskap until 2016. Finally, from 2016 until 2018, Kaja Rygh studied at the University of Oslo (UiO), earning a Bachelor's degree in Medievitenskap.
