Ben Parackal has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Synthite Industries Pvt. Ltd since April 2019, after progressing through various roles including Senior Manager and Manager. Prior to this, Ben held the position of Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Eastern Condiments Pvt Ltd and gained experience as Senior Executive Human Resources at Wipro. Additional experience includes working as an HR Associate at NGA Human Resources and as an HR Executive at Enrich Traders. Academically, Ben holds an M.B.A. in HR and Marketing from CMS College of Engineering Namakkal and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering from Vinayaka Mission's Engineering College.
