Viviane Bechtler-Smith is a literacy tutor and field coach at Augustine Literacy Project-Charlotte since September 2018. Prior to this, Viviane worked as a web designer since 2001. From 1996 to 2000, Viviane served as the Director of Internet Services and Research at Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. Viviane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
