Jim Duane currently serves as the Assistant Director of Buildings & Grounds for Framingham Public Schools, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jim held several positions with the City of Framingham, including Deputy Director of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs from February 2022 to January 2024, and various roles within the Town of Framingham, such as Assistant Town Manager, Director, and Deputy Director from April 2013 to January 2018. Additionally, Jim was the Director of Parks, Recreation & Cemetery for the Town of Westford from February 2018 to February 2022 and worked as the Division Operations Manager for the Town of Framingham from 2006 to 2013. Jim Duane earned a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Framingham State University.
