Margie Traylor is the current CEO of August United. Margie has an extensive background in business, having previously served as a vice president and director for various companies. Margie began their career in 1994 with MicroAge, where they spent five years as the Vice President of E-Commerce. In this role, they were responsible for the accounting and finances of the company's e-commerce subsidiary. Margie then spent a year on the Independent Agency Advisory Board for Google before joining SCORE as a director in 2011. Margie held this position for five years before moving on to Cast & Hue, Tailwind, and Interobang. Margie has been with August United since 2018 and was appointed CEO in 2020.

Margie Traylor has a Master's Degree in Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University - Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University. Margie also has certification from Harvard Business School Executive Education in Audit Committees and certification from Intermountain Healthcare in Intermountain ATP - Quality Improvement Training.
