Lowell O'Connell is an experienced analyst currently employed at Augur Consulting Inc since April 2023. Prior to this role, Lowell served as Operations Lead and QA at Cracker Barrel from May 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a software system upgrade, conducting inventory projections, and performing sales analysis. Lowell was promoted in 2021 from an operations support role. Earlier in the career, Lowell worked as Lead Grill Cook, managing communications during peak sales hours and facilitating a smooth transition during a POS overhaul.
