Jim Mulcahey serves as the Director of Client Services at AudioCARE Systems, where responsibilities include overseeing application technical support, customer training programs, and program management to ensure exceptional customer experiences and compliance with service level agreements. With a career that spans over three decades, Jim has held various roles at Medecision, including Vice President of Client Support and Services, where Jim established a 24/7 client support organization, and Director of Technical Support, managing operations and expanding support functions. Jim's early experience includes roles at Users, Inc., Kraft Nabisco, and service in the US Army as a Tank Turret and Fire Control Systems Technician. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computers and Information Systems from King's College.
