Phochanan (Poppy) Laovisuthichai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM), project management, and marketing across various industries, particularly in the automotive sector. Currently serving as Senior CRM/CX Manager & Project Manager and previously as Senior CRM/CX Strategy Manager at Audience IQ Asia, Phochanan has demonstrated expertise in eCommerce automated personalization and strategic digital transformation consultations for leading enterprises in Thailand.
