Josh Wood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development. Currently serving as the Customer Success Team Lead at AUCloud since January 2021, Josh is responsible for shaping the Customer Success strategy and leading a team of Customer Success Managers, while also advocating for customer initiatives. Previously, Josh held roles such as Co-Founder and General Manager at Conscious Travel Community, which focused on wellbeing and community engagement, and Customer Success Consultant at Flow Hospitality Training Ltd, providing consultative services in the SaaS space. Josh also has significant experience from serving as National Business Development Manager at Entertainment Group and Regional Manager at Laureate International Universities, where strong relationship management and strategic sales efforts were key to success. Josh holds a Bachelor of Business in International Hotel Management from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School.
