Alex Maingot is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and strategic program development. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Programs and formerly as Engineering Manager at Auctane, Alex has a strong background in leading front-end engineering initiatives and managing software development teams. Previous roles include Engineering Manager and Software Architect at Kazoo, as well as Team Lead and Software Engineer at companies like ScaleFactor and Spredfast, where Alex contributed to significant front-end projects and component libraries. Early career experiences include impactful internships at Microsoft and a technology residency at The Austin Stone Community Church, along with leadership in organizing the 3 Day Startup Austin program focusing on social entrepreneurship. Alex holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
