Kaitlyn Rauch has extensive work experience in the scientific research field. Kaitlyn started their career at the California Department of Justice in 2013 as an Intern. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Scientific Intern at aTyr Pharma. Kaitlyn then progressed to the role of Research Associate I at aTyr Pharma from 2015 to 2016. Kaitlyn then became a Research Associate II at the same company from 2017 to 2018, and later advanced to the position of Sr. Research Associate I from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Research Associate II at aTyr Pharma. In addition to their research experience, Kaitlyn worked as an Accounting Assistant at Manna Development Group, LLC from 2006 to 2015. Kaitlyn also worked as a Notetaker at the UCSB Disabled Students Program for a brief period in 2014.

Kaitlyn Rauch obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara, studying from 2010 to 2014.
