Emma Cass is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and business development, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Atypon since August 2022, focusing on academic and scholarly publishers using the Literatum platform. Prior to Atypon, Emma worked at the British Library for over 16 years, holding positions including Business Development Manager for Digitisation Services, where management of digitisation projects and business generation were key responsibilities, as well as roles in copyright and licensing management. Earlier career experiences include customer relations management at Atypon Systems, Inc. and Extenza, and customer services management at Vrisko, complemented by a background in software development at Sema Group. Emma holds an MSc in Information Science from City, University of London, and a BA Hons in History from the University of Liverpool.
