Ardiana Krasniqi began their work experience in 2019 as a Programming Instructor at Shkolla Digjitale. In this role, they taught programming skills to students. Ardiana then took on the position of Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator, where they provided technical leadership and support for the Digital School LMS. As LMS Administrator, Ardiana was responsible for supporting, developing, implementing, designing, delivering, and maintaining instructional content and resources.

In 2022, Ardiana joined Attributy as a Software Developer. Their responsibilities in this role are not specified, but they have been with the company since February 2022.

Ardiana Krasniqi pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina" from 2016 to 2021.
