Alon Lasser began their work experience in 2014 as a Verification Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor. In this role, they were responsible for the verification of a communication unit, including building and developing the environment, writing checkers and sequences, and conducting system-level verification tests. Alon held this position until April 2016.

Afterwards, Alon joined Valens in April 2016 as a Verification Engineer. Here, they verified complex RTL blocks and a cluster of the link layer of HDBaseT PHY using specman and e language in UVM methodology. Additionally, they were responsible for verifying full chip environments for backward compatibility with older versions, which involved planning, building, and ramping up the environments, writing tests and sequences, and managing the tasks and activities of multiple engineers on the project. Alon Lasser obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Alon studied at the institution from 2010 to 2014.
