Sasha Hahn is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President of Legal, Corporate at Attentive since October 2021. Prior to Attentive, Sasha held the position of Senior Director of Legal - Corporate at ServiceNow from June 2017 to October 2021, managing SEC reporting, corporate governance, and M&A activities. Earlier experience includes roles at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where Sasha practiced in public company representation, mergers and acquisitions, and venture financings.
