Kama is the General Counsel at TripleLift where she is responsible for leading a global team of attorneys supporting TripleLift’s rapidly expanding international businesses, operations and product lines. She is also responsible for driving the company’s go-to-market privacy strategy and for ensuring that TripleLift’s technology, practices and procedures meet global privacy requirements.
Serving as the General Counsel at TripleLift, Kama plays a major role in figuring out the “what” and the “how” for driving customer revenue, international expansion, data privacy, product counseling, public policy strategy and new product lines.
Kama was the previous Deputy General Counsel at TripleLift where she helped the company scale its revenue and operations, playing a key role integrating TripleLift into the Vista Equity portfolio and executing the acquisition of 1plusX.
Prior to her role at TripleLift, Kama worked as a Corporate Counsel at Amazon Web Services, supporting a growing sales and marketing team to scale its enterprise customer base, launch new products, work with regulators, and tackle new data protection regulations. Before moving into the technology industry, Kama gained 8 years of experience as a qualified attorney at top tier law firms, Latham & Watkins and Clifford Chance, and investment banks, Bank of America Merril Lynch and Barclays, in New York and London, where she advised U.S. and international companies on mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings (IPOs).
Kama is a member of the New York Bar. A native Californian, and a former New York resident, she holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and has resided for the last 8 years in London.
