Lewis Morgan MCIPD is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Shadow Board Member at City HR Association since June 2024 and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Atrium Underwriters Ltd since April 2021. Previously, Lewis held the position of Regional HR Business Partner at Cygnet Health Care, managing HR functions for approximately 1400 employees across the East of England. Additional roles include Business Manager at The Boxing Academy and St Dominic's Primary School, where accountability for finance, HR, and health & safety was a key focus. Lewis began a career in HR as a Recruitment Officer at Redbridge College and possesses a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management obtained between 2017 and 2020.
