Chris White

Director, Business Process Management at GreenShield

Chris White has a diverse work experience history, starting in 1990 at Canada Life as an Underwriting Consultant. Chris then joined Hewitt Associates in 1994 as a Benefits Consultant. At Hewitt Associates, they held various roles including Client Implementation Manager, Delivery Group Manager, Practice Leader, and Client Engagement Manager. In 2007, they moved to Aon as the Vice President of Strategic Projects and later became the Vice President of Health & Benefits. Chris also served as the Senior Vice President & Toronto Practice Leader for Aon. In 2015, Chris joined Scotiabank as the Vice President of Global Pension and Benefits. Then, in 2016, they became the President & Senior Consultant at CW Health & Benefits Consulting. Currently, they are the Director of Business Process Management at Green Shield Canada, where they are responsible for leading process and efficiency enhancement efforts.

Chris White attended Western University from 1987 to 1990 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Statistics.
