Yousief Behary has a diverse work experience in talent management and human resources. Yousief started their career at Talaat Moustafa Group Holding as a Personnel Specialist and later became a Senior Talent Management Specialist. At EGIC - Egyptian German Industrial Corporate, Yousief worked as a Talent Management Supervisor, where they developed recruitment programs and implemented organization development strategies. Yousief then joined El Sewedy Industries Group as the Talent Management Head, where they focused on talent development, talent acquisition, and succession planning. Currently, they are working at Atrium Quality Contractors as the HR Development Head.

Yousief Behary completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from an undisclosed school, starting in 2004 and ending in 2009. Later, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Paris ESLSCA Business School.
