Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) is Egypt's largest publicly listed Real Estate Developer with a land bank of over 50 million m2. Atrium is a full-scoped General Contractor with services including but not limited to Structural Construction, Architectural Construction, Electromechanical Systems, Interior Fit-Outs as well as Maintenance and Repair Works.
 
Atrium has also invested in an at-risk project management firm, Atrium Project Management (APM), which we believe it will be the leader in the project management industry. We have a track record of delivering some of Egypt's most Prestigious Projects such as The Four Seasons Sharm El-Sheikh Extension Project, The Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza Renovation Project, The Four Seasons Giza at First Residence Nile Boat Project, Mall F Project, Mall A Project at the Open Air Mall of Madinaty, GEMS School Project at Al-Rehab, The Four Seasons Beach Villas Project at San Stefano, Gateway Mall Project at Al-Rehab, Madinaty Clubhouse Project, and Madintay Club Spa Project.
 
Atrium is currently contracted to construct some of Mega Projects such as The Four Seasons Cairo Capital Project at Madinaty with CCC (Atrium-CCC Joint venture), The Four Seasons Luxor Project, The Madinaty Hospital Project, Privado Project, Celia Villas Project, Celia Village Project, East Hub Project, Noor City.
