Katie Toyoshima Jackson has extensive work experience in analytics and data analysis.

Katie is currently working at Atrium as an Analytics Lead since August 2023. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Senior Analytics Consultant from September 2022 to August 2023, an Analytics Consultant from September 2021 to September 2022, and an Associate Analytics Consultant from September 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining Atrium, Katie worked at the Idaho Small Business Development Center, where they served as a Data Analyst from May 2020 to February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Graduate Assistant from August 2018 to September 2020, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining methodologies for data gathering, establishing mechanisms for data analysis, and ensuring data integrity and security.

Earlier in their career, Katie worked as a Deli Clerk at Leschi Food Mart Inc from May 2014 to August 2018.

Katie Toyoshima Jackson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Boise State University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Seattle University from 2017 to 2018. Katie also obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Seattle Central College, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Salesforce Certified Associate, Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, Microsoft Office 2016 Excel Certification, and Tableau Certified Associate Consultant.
