Christy Oliveira started their work experience in 2004 as the Director of Human Resources at Embassy Suites Des Moines Downtown. Christy held this role for 14 years until 2018. In 2018, they became the Director of Human Resources, Task Force at Atrium Hospitality, where they currently work.

Christy Oliveira obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Kaplan University between the years 2004 and 2007.
