Aadil Shah is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategic advisor, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of AADAR, India's only Ayurveda-focused men's health brand. Aadil has extensive experience in growth strategies, distribution, and team building with roles in multiple organizations, including Strategic Advisor at Atreya Innovations Private Limited and advisor positions at Seekho and Valeo Health ME. Aadil co-founded the Edtech startup Manch and has held significant leadership roles at Toppr, Pall Corporation, and Atal Innovation Mission. Aadil holds a B.Tech and M.Tech in Aerospace from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, complemented by international academic experiences at Purdue University and the University of Cambridge.
