Jaee Shah has diverse work experience in various research roles. Jaee is currently a Senior Research Associate at Atreca, Inc., where they have been working since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Research Associate II at Atreca, Inc. from March 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Atreca, Inc., Jaee worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio from August 2018 to March 2020. Their role involved characterizing tick and insect chemosensory receptors using analytical methods such as SDS-PAGE, UV-Visible spectroscopy, and proteomic analysis. Jaee also served as an Academic Tutor, providing tutoring for undergraduate students in chemistry and managing the Chemistry summer camp.

Jaee began their professional career in 2013 as a Project Trainee (Masters thesis) at Biocon, where they worked on media optimization for the production of Macrolide immunosuppressants by microbial fermentation. Jaee gained skills in media preparation and biomass measurement during this role.

In 2012, Jaee worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at D.Y Patil University, School of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics. Their project involved studying the correlation of Apolipoprotein E polymorphism and Lipoprotein Lipase gene variant with Coronary Artery Disease risk.

Jaee Shah has a Master's degree in Biotechnology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed an M.Tech (Integrated) degree in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics from Pad. Dr. D.Y.Patil University, from 2009 to 2014. Their secondary education includes completing 12th grade at D.A.V Public School, Nerul from 1998 to 2009. Additionally, Jaee has obtained certifications in "Biomek FxP: Introduction and method programming" from Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in November 2021 and "Good Clinical Practice" from NIDA Clinical Trials Network in April 2018.
