Jose I Ortiz has a strong background in sales and business development. Jose I is currently working as the Director of Sales and Partner Success for Latin America & Caribbean at ATPCO, where they focus on building and managing relationships with airlines and ensuring the proper usage of ATPCO's business solutions. Before joining ATPCO, Jose worked as a Client Success Manager at Katapult, where they were responsible for sales and building long-term business relationships with eCommerce merchants. Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Sales & Marketing Manager at Air New Zealand, where they led the growth of the online sales channel and implemented successful marketing campaigns. Jose also has experience at LATAM Airlines Group, where they served as a Key Accounts Manager, Senior Leisure Business Analyst, Revenue and Pricing Analyst, and Inside Sales Executive. Jose I began their career at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. as an Air/Sea Coordinator and later worked as an Accounting Operations Analyst.

Jose I Ortiz has a Master's degree in Professional MBA from Florida International University. Jose I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from the same university. In addition, they have completed a degree in International Relations from the University of Miami. Jose has also obtained certifications in DoubleClick for Publisher and Google Ads Display and Search from Google and the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop).
