Caroline Kliemt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Caroline currently works at idealo internet GmbH, where they started in July 2020 as a Teamlead Content and later became the Head of Market Cluster (Content) in October 2022. Prior to this, Caroline worked as an Editorial Manager CRM at HomeToGo from May 2019 to June 2020. Caroline also served as a Teamlead Editorial Management at TripsByTips GmbH from March 2016 to April 2019. Before that, they were a Content-Redakteurin at www.MOTOR-TALK.de from June 2015 to February 2016. Caroline also gained experience as a Shopredaktion at jpc-Schallplatten-Versandhandelsgesellschaft mbH from July 2014 to June 2015 and as a Content-Manager at home24 SE from September 2013 to July 2014. Caroline has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of reichweite Präsentationsberatung from August 2007 to September 2013 and Caroline Kliemt Präsentationstraining from October 2001 to August 2007. Additionally, Caroline worked as an Owner at LESART Redaktion und Übersetzung from October 1995 to October 2001, where they edited and translated publications in humanities and musicology and was a freelance team member of the editorial team for MGG, the largest musical encyclopedia in German.

Caroline Kliemt obtained a Magister Artium degree in Anglistik, Italienisch, and Musikwissenschaft from the University of Cologne, where they studied from 1987 to 1994. Additionally, in April 2022, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master 1 certification from Scrum.org.
