Whitney Russ is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as Executive Vice President of People & Culture at ATP Tour since July 2022. Prior to this role, Whitney held various positions at VENUS Fashion Inc., including Director of People & Culture and Senior Manager of Human Resources, from May 2014 to July 2022. Whitney also contributed to BJ's Wholesale Club as a Generalist in Human Resources from January 2013 to May 2014 and worked at OTAK Group, Inc. as Manager of Contracts & Human Resources from October 2009 to December 2012. Beginning a career in education, Whitney was a Kindergarten Teacher at Primrose Schools from 2006 to 2009. Academically, Whitney obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Arizona in 2020 and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Elementary Education from the University of New Hampshire in 2006.
