Sudhindra Garre (PMI-ACP®) has over 12 years of experience in the software testing industry. In 2019, they joined atmosol as a Quality Assurance Technical Manager where they were responsible for architecting and implementing automation and performance test frameworks for front and back end systems, integrating automation suites into Azure DevOps for CI/CD, and participating in customer usage analysis and deriving test strategies to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Prior to this, from 2007 to 2019, they worked at Cognizant in a variety of roles, including Test Engineering Program Manager (Client: UK's Premium Retailer), Technical Test & Defect Manager (Client: Global Insurance provider), Test Engineering Manager (Client: UK's top retailer), Test Consultant (Client: Norwegian Telecom Retailer), Lead Test Analyst (Client: Sports Retailer, USA), Test Lead (Client: UK's largest Gas/Electric service provider), Lead Test Analyst (Client: UK Insurance provider), Programmer Analyst, and Programmer Analyst Trainee/Siebel Developer. During this time, they were responsible for building and supporting automation frameworks, suggesting industry best practices and implementing shift-left based automation, and researching test tools, methodologies, and trends to upgrade existing practices and processes.

Sudhindra Garre has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. Sudhindra also holds a PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in November 2016. In May 2017, they obtained a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they hold a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from Learning People Global.
