Tiffany Liao is a Senior UX Researcher at Loom since March 2022, with previous experience as an Operations & Logistics Manager for Uber Eats in Japan and as a User Experience Researcher at Facebook. Prior roles include UX Research Associate at Google and Design Program Manager at Capital One, where Tiffany contributed to Adaptive Path Dotorg, fostering design solutions for non-profit organizations. Tiffany’s career began at Capital One through a Management Rotational Program, with early internships at TELL Japan, the National Taiwan University Graduate Institute of Automation and Control, MIT Media Lab, and Boombang. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Wellesley College and completed coursework at UC Berkeley Extension.
