Sophie Wallace is a Senior Researcher at Atlassian, bringing a wealth of expertise in user experience (UX) research. Previously, Sophie served as a UX Researcher at both Atlassian and ahm Health Insurance, and began their career in UX research as a Graduate UX Researcher. Sophie's academic background includes a role as a Postgraduate Researcher and Field Researcher at Macquarie University, as well as experience as an Academic Tutor and First Year Advisor. Throughout these roles, Sophie has demonstrated a strong commitment to research and teaching in the field of user experience.
