Brian Rollo is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Executive Recruiter at Atlassian since September 2022, Brian leads executive-level searches primarily in R&D and related divisions across ANZ, USA, and India. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Exec Search at Westpac Group, where leadership was provided for the Executive TA/Search team, and Director at Peoplecorp HR Recruitment Specialists. Brian also held significant positions at Diligent Corporation as Head of Talent Acquisition, Korn Ferry as Senior Associate focused on Fintech, and Taylor Root as Group Manager. Brian began a career in recruitment as Manager at Michael Page after earning an LL.B (Hons) in Law from the University of Glasgow.
