Alexis Fink is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and people analytics. Currently serving as Vice President of People Analytics and Workforce Strategy at Meta since January 2019, Alexis has previously held multiple leadership roles at Intel Corporation from November 2012 to January 2019, including General Manager of Talent Management and Talent Intelligence & Analytics. Prior experience at Microsoft from July 2005 to October 2012 includes positions such as Director of Talent Management Infrastructure and Group Manager of People Insight Research. Alexis began the career at BASF as a Process Optimization Consultant from July 2000 to July 2005. Educational credentials include a BA in Psychology from DePauw University and both a PhD and MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University.
