Mostafa Beshir has extensive experience working in finance and accounting across various industries. Their most recent position is as Vice President of Finance & Administration at Atlas Ocean Voyages starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they were Vice President of Finance & Accounting at American Queen Voyages from September 2022 to January 2023, and before that, Sr. Director of Finance at Atlas Ocean Voyages from April 2022 to September 2022. Mostafa was Corporate Controller at SMP Pharmacy Solutions from June 2020 to April 2022 and Sr. Director of Finance at Carnival Corporation from March 2017 to June 2020. Earlier in their career, they held accounting management positions at ABC Imaging, Network Solutions, and they worked as Director of Accounting at DISYS. Mostafa began their career as an Accounting Systems Consultant at BR Consulting LLC in 2006.

Mostafa Beshir received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University in 1996. Mostafa later pursued an MBA in Finance at Clark Atlanta University from 1997 to 1999. Mostafa also obtained two additional certifications, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from IMA in September 2019 and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from VBOA in June 2010.
