Tereza Novotná is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial controlling, accounting, and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Controller at Footshop, Tereza is responsible for preparing P&L and cash flow reports, conducting monthly reporting and financial analyses, and managing budgeting and forecasting processes. Prior experience includes a role as Financial Controller at Dr.Max Pharmacy Chain, where Tereza focused on E-commerce financial reporting and analysis, as well as a Finance Accounting Specialist position at Fresenius Medical Care, handling bookkeeping and financial closing activities. Tereza's career began at Deloitte Czech Republic, working on valuation and financial modeling, and auditing, complemented by earlier experience in trade marketing support at Philips Lighting. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Finance from the Prague University of Economics and Business and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
