Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director and Director of Video Content & Production at Video Fashion, along with a producer role at Run Productions, focusing on quality content delivery for music videos and commercials. Early career experience includes a brief stint as a runner for Pulse Films. Teshome holds a BA in Media and Communications from Goldsmiths, University of London, obtained from 2005 to 2008.
