Nathalie Morgan DipHE TechIOSH MARRM has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nathalie currently works as the Risk Sector Lead at AtkinsRéal, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they were the Safety Systems Manager at Great Western Railway (GWR) from 2018 to 2023. Nathalie also served as a Sergeant Instructor at Army Cadets UK where they taught recruit and 1-star cadres from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they held positions at Babcock International Group, Calber Facilities Management Ltd, COFELY GDF-SUEZ, St James's Place, Cartus, and Kier Group, showcasing their expertise in SHEQ management, facilities coordination, technical helpdesk engineering, and international assignment consulting, among others.

Nathalie Morgan DipHE TechIOSH MARRM obtained a Higher National Diploma in Health and Safety from RRC International, completing their education from 2021 to 2024. Nathalie also holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Environmental Management and Technology from The Open University, which they earned from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they received the NEBOSH General Certificate in occupational safety and health from New College, Swindon in 2013. Nathalie'searliest education was at The Ridgeway School, Swindon from 1996 to 2001. Nathalie Morgan has also obtained several certifications, including Risk Management: The Essentials from IIRSM in 2020, Auditing and Reviewing Safety - Internal Auditor from The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) in 2019, Tutor Award from National Navigation Award Scheme (NNAS) in 2019, and NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH in 2014.
