Sharon Kay Epstein has held a variety of marketing roles over the past 37 years. In 1984, they began their career as a Marketing Services Manager at The Holson Burnes Group. In 1998, they became the Advertising Director at The Colibri Group, and in 2001 they became a Design Consultant at The Rhode Island Design Center. In 2004, they assumed the role of Traffic and Media Director at Village Retirement Communities in Greenville, RI. Sharon Kay then moved on to become the Marketing Services Manager at GKI Bethlehem Lighting in Taunton, MA in 2005. In 2010, they became the Director of Marketing at Athena's Home Novelties, and in 2012 they took on the role of Marketing Communications Director Volunteer at RIPTA Riders Alliance. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Freelance Marketing Consumer and Corporate Communications professional.

Sharon Kay Epstein obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from The University of the Arts between 1974 and 1978.
