Ersin Ä°nal has extensive experience in IT system and network management, currently serving as Department Manager at A&T BANK since January 2005, following a role as Unit Manager in the same department. Prior to A&T BANK, Ersin Ä°nal worked as a Senior Software Engineer at TEPUM Teknoloji from May 2002 to January 2005, focusing on e-Business Solutions and Enterprise IT for TURKCELL. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Specialist at DAS from June 2001 to March 2002, where responsibilities involved information technologies for TEKSTILBANK. Ersin Ä°nal holds a degree from Trakya University (1994 - 1998) and completed secondary education at Bursa Erkek Lisesi (1988 - 1994).
