Emma Ou currently serves as the Regional Head of ASUS ANZ for the System Business Group, overseeing P&L for notebook, desktop, AIO, and mobile product categories while leading a team of 35. Previous roles at ASUS include Global Operations Director and Country Manager of Singapore, where Emma managed P&L and business functions with a team of 45. Prior experience also includes a Product Manager position at Samsung Electronics, where Emma was responsible for enterprise products and B2B strategies, and a Marketing role at Dell focusing on consumer marketing. Emma gained initial experience as Assistant Director at Ogilvy Public Relations, leading PR strategies for major clients, and served in marketing communications at Oracle, managing campaigns and events.
