John Hsing has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the operations and engineering fields. John is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Operations at Gilson since November 2021. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at SCHMIDT since October 2017. From November 2016 to November 2021, they worked at Halma plc as the COO/Global Vice President of Operations and previously as the Vice President of Operations. Before that, they held positions at IDEX Corporation as the Director of Operations from January 2012 to January 2016 and as the Director of Engineering from August 2005 to January 2012. John also worked at Brunswick Corporation as a Program Manager from January 1999 to July 2005 and at ITW as a Product Engineer from June 1997 to December 1998.

John Hsing completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1992 to 1997. John later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2001 to 2004.
