Kimberly Harmon is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and talent management. Currently serving as a Compensation Consultant at Astron Solutions, LLC since November 2022, Kimberly previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at Atlantic Health System from June 2021 to November 2022. Kimberly's background includes a long tenure at Children's Specialized Hospital from April 1997 to March 2020, where roles encompassed Director of Human Resources, Director of Talent Management, Manager of Talent Management, Compensation Analyst and HRIS Administrator, as well as Compensation and Benefits Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Business Management from Moravian University.
