Rickard Wingårdh started working as a Sales & Customer Service representative at Digital Inn in December 2014 and remained in this role until March 2016. Rickard then joined CatalystOne Solutions in October 2018 as a Senior IT Consultant. In this position, Rickard was responsible for developing, implementing, and documenting technical deliveries, analyzing customer system landscapes, identifying optimal solutions, leading project meetings and workshops, assisting with data migration, and helping existing customers integrate new systems.

Rickard Wingårdh earned a Bachelor's degree in ICT, Media, and Design from Södertörn University, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Upper Secondary Qualification in Technology (Media) at Christopher Polhemgymnasiet from 2007 to 2010.
