Matt Gustman, PE has a diverse work experience that spans from 2014 to the present. Matt is currently working at ASTEC as a Design Engineer since April 2022. Prior to that, from January 2018 to April 2022, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at RFA Engineering. Matt also gained experience as a Lab Intern at Michigan Technological University from May 2016 to December 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Marinette Marine Corporation from May 2015 to August 2015 and as a Manufacturing Intern at the same company from May 2014 to August 2014.

Matt Gustman, PE holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. This is their only known education experience.
