Steve Klima has a diverse work experience background in the field of electronics and robotics. Steve is currently employed at Astrobotic since 2022, where they work as a Landers and Spacecraft Integration and Test specialist. Prior to this, they worked at IAM Robotics as a Technician from 2020 to 2022. Steve also gained experience as an Electronics Technician at Clark Testing Labs from 2017 to 2020. Before joining Clark Testing Labs, they worked as a Service Technician at Intelligent Electronic Systems from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Steve Klima has experience as an Electronics Technician at Marshall Elevator Company from 2007 to 2012 and at Parker Automation from 2004 to 2007.

Steve Klima has a diverse education history, beginning with earning a certificate in Certified Production Technician from the Community College of Allegheny County in 2013. Steve then pursued an Associate's degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute, attending from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, between 1999 and 2001, Steve earned another Associate's degree, this time in English / Communications, from the Community College of Allegheny County.
