Thomas Désir is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and business process improvement. Currently serving as the Resp Etat Major IT and Program Management Office Lead at Assura since May 2013, Thomas coordinates major IT transformation projects in Switzerland. Previously held roles include Head of Business Process Management, where responsibilities included leading process improvement initiatives and managing a team of business analysts, as well as Senior Business Analyst, focusing on defining business cases and process enhancements. Thomas's consulting experience spans organizations such as CGI and DXC Technology, specializing in agile enterprise transformation and business process management across various sectors including banking and telecommunications. A notable achievement includes managing the Orange Money project at Orange Cameroun, which transformed the company into a leader in mobile banking in Africa. Thomas holds a Mastère Spécialisé from HEC Paris and a Master’s degree in computer science from Polytech Paris Sud.
