Aretha Kelly has a diverse work history in the hospitality and sales industries. Aretha began their career at Kimpton Hotels as an Area Associate Director of Sales in 2003. Aretha then moved on to VISIT Denver, The Convention & Visitors Bureau, where they served as a Citywide Sales Manager in the DC region from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they managed accounts, produced reports, built partnerships, delivered presentations, and coordinated event facilities. Following their role at VISIT Denver, Aretha worked as a Global Account Executive at ConferenceDirect from 2013 to 2017, assisting organizations with site selection and contract negotiations. In 2017, they joined CaseWorthy, Inc. as a Business Development Consultant, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Currently, Aretha is the Director of Global Sales at Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), where they oversee sales initiatives for their luxury hotel and resort members worldwide.
Aretha Kelly attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel Restaurant Management and Business Administration.
