Kolten Fiander has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Kolten currently works at Associa as a DevOps Team Lead since December 2022. Prior to that, they were a System Engineer at Digital Matrix Systems from June 2017 to December 2022. Kolten also gained experience as a Service Desk Analyst II at PRA Group from February 2017 to March 2018. Before that, they worked at Tervis as a Sr. Help Desk Technician from June 2015 to March 2018, where they were responsible for resolving complex technical problems and documenting help desk processes. Kolten also worked at Web.com as a DIY Technical Support Specialist from September 2014 to April 2015.

Kolten Fiander attended Yarmouth Consolidated Memorial High School from 2006 to 2009, obtaining a High School degree.
